Sylvester Barn (New for 2024), 7791 180th St, Hedrick (Wapello County) – 0ne mile South of Hedrick, Iowa and then 1/2 mile east on 180th Street. Or 2 miles south of highway 149 on V37 to 180th Street then west 1/2 Mike. The first direction is on gravel, the second is a level B road.
Built in 1925, barn originally housed horses with hay and grain storage. Currently used to store antique tool and horse collar collection. Other original farm buildings on the property include a seed shed, chicken house, hog house, and outhouse. (Award of Distinction)
